Web Wizardry & Tech Trickery

Portfolio

I’ve cleared out my portfolio recently, leaving behind what I feel is my best work.

Feb 2007 – Nov 2010: Sportsweeks.net

I started at Sportweeks in Feb 2007, fairly new to the Web Development & Design fields. Since then over 2 years have passed, and we have done 4 complete re-designs of the website, and hundreds of minor updates. Version 4 was the biggest update yet, seeing the introduction of a simple CMS system written by me in php. The aim of this system was to give the staff at Sportsweeks.net the ability to update the website themselves. It has now been live for over 6 months without the need for major update, and they are using the CMS on a regular basis.

Sep 2009 – Oct 2009: SBP.me.uk

SBP are a fairly small company who flock interior components such as dashboards and centre consoles for cars and other vehicles. They had already done some research, and decided that they wanted a website that was very concise, easy to navigate and simple, whilst being pleasing on the eye. They also already had a logo, so it was fairly easy to incorporate all of their requirements into my design.
